RETURN POLICY
This return policy applies exclusively to
purchases made through the Fyla Online
Store.
At fylajewellery.com, we believe that our
jewelry is even more impressive in person than in photographs. Your
satisfaction is our top priority.
You may return products purchased from
the Online Store within 14 days from
the delivery date, in accordance with the Distance
Sales Agreement, and receive a full refund.
● Customized products cannot be returned. For ring orders, as the ring size is specifically
prepared, there is no legal right of
withdrawal. However, as a special practice, cancellations and returns of
ring orders are subject to a 5% deduction due to the costs incurred during the
personalized production process.
● Engraved wedding bands are not eligible for return.
● Products customized or
altered at the customer’s request are non-refundable.
For example, rings, necklaces, or bracelets produced outside the standard sizes
offered on our website, or jewelry modified with special additions, are not
eligible for return.
Customers wishing to exercise their right
of return must notify us through the [https://fylajewellery.com/en/pages/contact-us] within the 14-day legal period.
Once the return request is approved, the
product must be returned in its original
condition and must include the following:
● The jewelry
● Original box and packaging
● Invoice (For corporate invoices, a return invoice must be issued.)
● Delivery note
● Certificate of authenticity
● Any promotional gifts (if applicable)
Returns
sent without prior approval from fylajewellery.com will not be accepted or
received.
The consumer is responsible for ensuring
the package reaches the shipping company safely. Once the product is received
and inspected by Fyla, the refund will be processed and issued to the customer within 14 days, using the original
payment method.
Returned products must comply with the "Right of Withdrawal" and "Products That Cannot Be
Returned" clauses stated in the Distance
Sales Agreement.
