Fyla delivers orders through a shipping company with insurance coverage. The insurance covers damage, loss, or theft during transit. The recipient must inspect the package upon delivery and request a damage report from the courier if any damage is detected.

With the damage report, the recipient must notify Fyla in writing within 3 business days. After review, eligible claims covered by the insurance will be processed for a refund or replacement. Claims that are not reported or fall outside the insurance coverage will not be processed.

The jewelry you purchase is specially prepared for you according to the preferences specified during your order. Jewelry is securely delivered to the address you provide in its special wooden box, along with a jewelry certificate, invoice, delivery note, and a gift note, carefully packaged.

You can specify different delivery and billing addresses to ensure that the invoice is sent to you while the gift reaches your loved ones.

The estimated time for your order to be handed over to the shipping company is indicated on the product detail page. Since the production process is largely handcrafted, there may be rare instances where the stated delivery time is exceeded.

If the recipient is not present at the delivery address, the shipping company will leave a delivery attempt notice. If the recipient does not contact the shipping company within 3 days after the notice has been left, the package will be returned to fylajewellery.com.

Upon delivery, please check your order against the delivery note. If the jewelry is missing or damaged, do not accept the package, and request the shipping company to issue a damage report. By accepting the package, you acknowledge that the shipping company has fulfilled its duty properly.
